ABOUT US Kathy Preble-Collins has been a licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager in Sierra Vista Since 1984, and a licensed Real Estate broker since 1988. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she relocated to Sierra Vista in 1983 and shortly after obtained her Real Estate License. She has over 25 years experience in Southern Arizona Real Estate and Property Management. Kathy has gained her knowledge working with some of the original Real Estate companies in Southern Arizona. Kathy finally decided to start her own brokerage and property management company, Sierra Shadows Realty was opened in 2001. With hard work and the help of her family, friends and colleagues, opening Sierra Shadows Realty has proven to be a meaningful and successful endeavor. Kathy strives to meet and exceed the needs of her clients. This is proven with the customers that have become loyal customers and friends over the years and have returned for their next Real Estate "Adventure". Kathy served on the Arizona Association of Realtors Forms Committee, this committee helps to create the legal documents that are involved in real estate transactions. Two of Kathy's Three daughters have joined her in the Real Estate field. They have excelled in their own careers thanks to excellent leadership and examples learned over the years from Kathy. Kristin Preble has worked in Property Management since 1993 and became a Licensed Real Estate agent in 1998. In July of 2008, Kristin celebrated her 10th year of being a Real Estate Agent. Kristin has also been very successful in sales, especially with first time buyers. Kristin has lived in Sierra Vista since 1983 and knows every area of Sierra Vista like the back of her hand. Kristin owns her own rental properties, so she understands the aspects of management first hand. Kristin has worked in the Real Estate field and understands that the customer and their investments are the most important part of her job. K.D. Preble has worked in the Property Management field since 1997, she started working with her mother during high school and did so until she graduated from Buena High School. After graduating from high school and attending community college, she moved to Tucson, AZ, where she began working for a Property Management company. At this company she was the office manager and oversaw the management of 18 rental communities in Arizona and Texas as well as a real estate loan company. This opportunity gave her knowledge and experience in Real Estate and encouraged her to get her license. In November of 2008, K.D. obtained her Real Estate license, she then decided to join Kathy and Kristin to help grow the business and expand into Tucson, and everything in between!
